Is this facility really free?

  The supervisor in the Haskell office who would not give me her name told me to fix their entrance door or to get someone I know to fix it after asking her if the door is broken....what a cheek...she should never have a job serving people who pay their salaries from our hard earned tax money and SS deductions we have paid into SS - her rudeness and audacity - Their entrance doors are broken and do not work. I contacted the Commissioner and the Governor and yet to have a reply.
